The grapes for this wine are hand-picked from the Ge Zun Garden in the Golden Highlands. The vines are over 50 years old, and the annual production is only 1,000 cases, making it one of the representative wines of Jervais Winery. Made from 100% Cabernet Sauvignon, the wine has a deep ruby red color and an alcohol content of 14%vol. It is filled with aromas of milk chocolate, blackcurrants, plums, dried berries, cedar, vanilla, and spices. The wine has an elegant and rich texture, with finely grained tannins. Oak barrel aging brings a hint of tobacco and subtle smoky wooden aromas, adding elegance and a sense of power.
